Billy Blount, a 35-year-old man from Los Angeles, was found dead on September 1, 2019, near West 89th Street and South Grand Avenue in the Broadway-Manchester area. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, residents in the area reported hearing what could have been gunshots around 2 a.m., but no one called the police at that time.
