Javier Joelle Amaya, a 28-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2019, in Delano, California. The incident occurred in the evening around 5:49 p.m. on Glenwood Street, where Amaya was shot multiple times. Despite being rushed to Delano Regional Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
