Armando Jesus Martinez, a 30-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2019. The incident occurred in the evening when police responded to a call reporting a shooting in the area of 500 N. Arrowhead Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Martinez unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
