On the night of April 25, 2022, Victor Manuel Ramirez, aged 43, was tragically shot and killed in San Bernardino, California. The incident occurred around 11:12 p.m. in the 2900 block of N. Mountain Avenue. According to reports, Ramirez was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
