Jeremy Redwood, a 29-year-old resident of Concord, California, was tragically shot to death on the night of October 20, 2019, in the Dimond district of Oakland. The incident occurred around 8:53 p.m. near a residence in the 3300 block of Laguna Way, just south of Interstate 580 and across from Curt Flood Field. Redwood was pronounced dead at the scene. The Oakland Police Department has not disclosed why Redwood was in Oakland at the time of the shooting, and a motive for the killing has not been ...
