Adan Mendoza, a 34-year-old man, was tragically shot to death on January 20, 2021, in East Oakland, California. Mendoza, who was identified by the police as a transient with ties to Fremont, was found at approximately 7:37 a.m. near 85th and Railroad avenues, a predominantly industrial area. His body was discovered by a worker in the vicinity, and authorities believe he was shot at the location where he was found.
