Lathurman Williams, a 39-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on November 1, 2019. The incident occurred near St. Andrew’s Place and West 84th Street in the Manchester Square neighborhood. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s records, Williams was sitting in a black Buick with another individual when two assailants approached them.
