Christian Medrano, a 17-year-old from East Los Angeles, was tragically found shot to death on December 5, 2019. He had been reported missing earlier that day, last seen around 2 p.m. near his home on Hammel Avenue. His body was discovered later that evening near mile marker 482.6, beneath Cesar E.
