Monique Billinger, a 50-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost her life on March 3, 2022. She was found with gunshot wounds to her chest in the 1300 block of North Mount Street in West Baltimore. Despite being rushed to the University of Maryland Medical Center, she succumbed to her injuries. Monique was remembered by friends and family as a caring and beloved individual who enjoyed singing and attending church.
