Quincy Twinn, a 23-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2019. Quincy was shot in the head while driving home from a grocery store in Fresno. The incident occurred in the afternoon when Quincy and a family member were traveling north on Fruit Avenue. A light-colored SUV pulled up behind them and began shooting.
