Samantha Bentley, a 16-year-old girl from West Sacramento, California, tragically lost her life on January 4, 2020. The incident occurred near the Clarksburg Branch Line Trail, just east of River City High School. Samantha was shot and killed during what authorities described as a marijuana deal gone wrong. Despite her family's assertions that she was not involved in the drug scene, police investigations revealed that the situation escalated into violence, leading to her untimely death.
