Andres Andrew Gallegos, a 19-year-old from Rowland Heights, California, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2020, in a shooting incident at the Vistara Apartment Homes in Ontario, California. The shooting occurred late at night, around 11:32 p.m., and also claimed the life of Max Mariano Reyes, 21, of Ontario.
