John David Noonan, aged 41, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2020, in Chico, California. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Motel 6 on Manzanita Drive. Noonan was shot twice by Eric Allen, who was seated in the back of a car driven by Justin Cozakas, with Monica Ruggiero, Noonan's recent ex-girlfriend, in the front passenger seat.
