John David Noonan, aged 41, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2020, in Chico, California. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Motel 6 on Manzanita Drive. Noonan was shot twice by Eric Allen, who was seated in the back of a car driven by Justin Cozakas, with Monica Ruggiero, Noonan's recent ex-girlfriend, in the front passenger seat. The motive behind the murder was linked to Noonan's theft of drugs and money from Ruggiero, which led her to hire Cozakas and Allen to either retriev ...
