Joshua Elysee, a 21-year-old resident of Chico, California, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2020. Elysee was shot at an apartment complex on Nord Avenue around 8:46 p.m. on April 14, 2020. He was found in the parking lot with a life-threatening gunshot wound and was immediately transported to Enloe Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
