Mark Adams, a 25-year-old resident of Adelanto, California, was tragically shot to death on February 3, 2020, in San Bernardino. The incident occurred in the 300 block of W. Highland Avenue, where officers responded to a report of a shooting around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Mark Adams and another individual suffering from gunshot wounds.
