Calvin Boykins, a 30-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on June 25, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:08 a.m., when police received reports of gunshots in the 1200 block of North Berkeley Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Boykins outside an open car door, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of firefighters who arrived at the scene, Boykins was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival.
