Fernando Jesus Fernandez Arredondo, a 25-year-old resident of Hayward, was tragically killed in a shooting in East San Jose on February 7, 2020. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. on the 1600 block of Tully Road, near Alvin Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found evidence of a shooting but no victim.
