Deonta Simmons, a 29-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2020. Known affectionately as "Teddy," Simmons was a beloved husband, father, son, and brother. On the night of his death, Simmons was driving in the area of Wilson Way and Church Street around 1:30 a.m. when an unknown assailant opened fire on his vehicle.
