On February 23, 2020, Rosa Mendoza, aged 59, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Adelanto, California. The incident occurred around 8:28 a.m. on Chamberlaine Way, where deputies responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, emergency medical personnel found three individuals who had been shot: Rosa Mendoza, Pedro Espinoza, also 59, and a 33-year-old man identified as a relative of Mendoza and Espinoza.
