Monticello Murrell Stephens, a 50-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on March 7, 2020, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:22 a.m., while Stephens was working on a blue Dodge pickup truck in the 5300 block of Van Ness Boulevard in Hyde Park.
