Jose Manuel Gamiz De Leon, a 26-year-old man from Woodland Hills, California, tragically lost his life on April 26, 2020, in Panorama City. The incident occurred around 7:10 p.m. on Blythe Street, near Van Nuys Boulevard. According to reports, Jose was sitting in his vehicle when two cars, a blue PT Cruiser and a tan Cadillac, approached him.
