On the evening of December 25, 2024, Samuel "Sammy" Ramirez, a 26-year-old father of four from Panorama City, California, was fatally shot near Cedros Avenue and Parthenia Street. Family members identified him as a hardworking, family-oriented individual who had stepped outside during a Christmas gathering to smoke.
