Otis Rayjon Williams, a 14-year-old boy from Florence-Firestone, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of July 3, 2020. Otis was walking alone in an alley near Central Avenue and East 98th Street when a blue Dodge Challenger pulled up beside him. The driver reached out of the window and fired several rounds, hitting Otis in the chest. Despite being rushed to a hospital, Otis was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
