Steven Douglas Runnel, a 49-year-old barber and father of eight, was tragically shot and killed on July 7, 2020, in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. while Runnel was standing in front of a home on the 1800 block of East 105th Street, socializing with others.
