Juan Carlos Valdovinos, a 27-year-old resident of Richmond, California, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on July 11, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on South 3rd Street in Richmond's Santa Fe neighborhood. According to reports, officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert and a subsequent 911 call reporting a person down on the sidewalk.
