Kenneth Ray Adams, a 22-year-old transient, was found fatally shot on July 26, 2020, in Oakland, California. His body was discovered around 6 a.m. on a footbridge that connects the 1200 block of Lakeshore Avenue to Lake Merritt Boulevard, spanning over the Lake Merritt Channel.
