Frank Beltran, a 21-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost his life on August 12, 2020, in a fatal shooting incident. The shooting occurred in the bustling South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood, specifically at the intersection of Fourth and Mission Streets, near the City College of San Francisco's downtown campus.
