Scott Richard Fraser, a 37-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2020. According to reports, Fraser was found dead on Niles Street in East Bakersfield. The Kern County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene around 2:40 a.m., where they discovered Fraser had been shot at least once. Despite immediate efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
