Lance San, a 17-year-old from Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2020. On that fateful evening, Lance was driving in the area of North Barton Avenue and East Grant Avenue when he was shot. The incident occurred around 7:00 p.m., and Lance was found with two gunshot wounds inside his vehicle, which had crashed into a stop sign.
