Aaron Pryor, a promising 16-year-old high school football player from Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on September 27, 2020. Pryor, who played as a running back for Skyline High School, was found with gunshot wounds on the 5800 block of Elizabeth Street just after 3:30 p.m. Despite the efforts of the Oakland Fire Department and police officers who administered aid at the scene, Pryor succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after.
