Carlos Guillen, a 22-year-old from Los Angeles, CA, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2020. The incident occurred when Carlos and his uncle, Emilson Guillen, were on their way to work early in the morning. They were struck by a work truck from Rising Edge while they had the green light, and the truck had a red light.
