DeShon Marquise Tave Riggins, a 22-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on November 21, 2017. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Riggins was fatally shot in the early hours of the morning in the Skid Row area of downtown Los Angeles. The incident occurred at the intersection of Sixth and San Pedro streets, a location known for its high crime rates and homelessness.
