Juan Salazar Ramirez, a 40-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on November 29, 2020. He was found shot and killed at an apartment complex located in the 2900 block of North Loma Avenue. The incident occurred around 12:14 a.m., when officers responded to reports of shots fired.
