Isaac Conrad “Big Ike” Stern, a 47-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on February 15, 2013, in the Mid-City neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. Reports indicate that he was targeted while sitting in his vehicle, and the incident was described as both violent and shocking.
