Timothy J. Nielsen Sr., a 43-year-old repossession agent from Auburn, California, tragically lost his life on June 14, 2021, in Oakland, California. Nielsen was performing his job in the early morning hours when he was shot and killed. He was in the process of writing a report in his truck near the intersection of International Boulevard and 20th Avenue when the incident occurred.
