Jeriah Marquis Chapman, a 17-year-old from Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on June 25, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Sacramento Police Department patrol officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the 500 block of Kesner Avenue.
