Kylin Baca-Fullmer, a 24-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2021. He was found in the driver's seat of his SUV at the intersection of Calwa and Bardell Avenues, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident was reported to the authorities through ShotSpotter, a gunshot detection system, which recorded 13 shots fired that evening.
