Brian Maxey, a 20-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2019, in a violent incident that also claimed the life of 19-year-old Kiara Austin. The couple was visiting friends at an apartment complex in central Fresno when they were confronted by a group of gang members.
