Bakr Adel Hizi, a two-year-old boy, was last seen on March 6, 2012, in White Marsh, Maryland. Born on May 29, 2009, Bakr has light brown hair and brown eyes, and is of Tunisian and Middle Eastern/North African descent. At the time of his disappearance, he had a birthmark on his stomach and had undergone circumcision correction surgery. On the day he vanished, Bakr was wearing a gray and white shirt, khaki pants, and a gray jacket.
