Toriano Mason, a 20-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2021. On that fateful night, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call reporting an adult male lying on the ground outside a residential apartment complex on North Kiefer Boulevard.
