Chanclenor Atlow

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 8, 2013, the life of 37-year-old Chancellor Atlow was tragically cut short in the St. Roch neighborhood of New Orleans. At approximately 7 a.m., police responded to a call of a man down near the intersection of Music and North Villere streets. Upon arrival, they discovered Mr. Atlow on the sidewalk, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
