Betty Hernandez, a 35-year-old mother of three from Arcadia, California, tragically lost her life on September 4, 2021, in a car-to-car shooting incident. Hernandez was driving alone on the 210 Freeway, heading to work, when she was fatally shot near the Baldwin Avenue exit.
