On September 8, 2021, a tragic incident unfolded in Pine Grove, California, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including 75-year-old William Henry Dyer Sr. The Amador County Sheriff's Office responded to multiple reports of gunshots in the 21000 block of Homestead Road. Upon arrival, deputies established a perimeter around the residence and attempted to make contact with the occupants.
