Franklin Gallon, a 34-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2021. The incident occurred in the 4800 block of Hartnett Avenue, where police responded to a ShotSpotter activation at Booker T. Anderson Park on Carlson Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found Gallon lying in the street. Despite the efforts of firefighters and medics who worked on him at the scene, Gallon was pronounced dead there.
