Franklin Gallon, a 34-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2021. The incident occurred in the 4800 block of Hartnett Avenue, where police responded to a ShotSpotter activation at Booker T. Anderson Park on Carlson Boulevard.
