William Allen Schwartz, a 65-year-old resident of Rialto, California, tragically lost his life on October 9, 2021. The incident occurred early in the morning when Schwartz was found with a gunshot wound to his abdomen inside a motorhome located in the wash area south of the Rosena Ranch community.
