Mark Burton, a 40-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, was tragically found fatally shot in a parking lot behind a marijuana dispensary in San Bernardino on October 16, 2021. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 3:52 a.m., when a sergeant patrolling the downtown area heard gunshots. Upon investigation, officers discovered Burton suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot at 570 W. 4th Street.
