Daina Monroe, an 18-year-old from Inglewood, California, tragically lost her life on October 18, 2021, in a drive-by shooting. Daina, a promising volleyball star who had been recruited by 32 colleges, was sitting in a parked car outside her mother's home on North Inglewood Avenue.
