Fermin Hernandez, aged 47, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2021, in Delano, California. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Road 136, just south of Avenue 12. Hernandez was one of two victims in a double shooting that night. The other victim, 23-year-old Jose Brenes Murcia-Gutierrez, was critically injured and transported to the hospital.
