Arnulfo Azaam Quintero IV, a 26-year-old resident of Spring Valley, California, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2021. The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. on Troy Street, just east of Sweetwater Road and state Route 125. Multiple 911 calls reported gunfire in the area, prompting a swift response from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
