Carlo David Avila, a 27-year-old resident of Spring Valley, California, tragically lost his life in the early hours of March 21, 2019. Avila was found shot in an alley behind 8914 Delrose Avenue in Spring Valley. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of gunfire around 1:20 a.m. and discovered Avila unconscious and suffering from critical wounds.
